Where did you do your work experience?

What did you do?

I did filing and photocopying in the reception. I also gave prescriptions to the patients when they asked me. I stayed with the nurse and see how she treated the patients and see what types of injections she gives to babies.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed every moment of it and I really want to go back there.

What did you learn?

I learned that this is how it would be in a surgery or a hospital. They have to work all hard and look after the patients. I learned how to treat the patients and talk to them.

Do you have any advice for other people?

If you want to do a career with medicine then it is best to do your work experience in a surgery or hospital as it will be really helpful in the future for your university.
